INTERNSHIPS

Compass considers internship positions as learning experiences for those involved.  They are 1-2 month opportunities to work within a small production company doing a variety of things, some of which could be quite mundane, and some of which could be quite interesting. There will be a recommended film and book list in which an intern is expected to pursue during this period. We do not see internships as a way to get free or cheap labor, but as a place where we can get to know aspiring young filmmakers through a work-related setting. Internships begin unpaid, but if an intern demonstrates excellent abilities and is valuable to what we are doing, we will pay an intern for work done.

No internships currently available. If you would like to place your name on a list for future consideration, please send an email.
